Starring Karyn Henley

The Christian Science-Fiction and Fantasy Tour has arrived once again, this month focusing on an adult fantasy with an extra twist of the supernatural. Book two in the Angelaeon Circle, Eye of theSword by Karyn Henley brings the realms of angels to a medieval fantasy world.

It is a book that is sure to provoke much discussion. So after checking out my review of Breath of Angel (book 1), check out the author’s website, blog or Facebook page. Then join the conversation by returning to here to check out my review and follow-up posts during the next couple days, or by checking what other tour members are blogging about:

Karyn,
Thanks for the review and links. This sounds like an interesting series, but I'm not too sure about the angels and humans mating. In Genesis that happened, and resulted in the Nephilim. Those were not a good time on Earth.

Yup; Chawna; we shared the same concerns! (A few others did too...I'm glad I wasn't alone.)

Timothy, I understand Nephilim feature in a lot of Christian (?) fantasy nowadays...as heroes, I think? That surprises me, since most interpretations are that the existence of Nephilim was not a Good Thing.
